Cotesfield Farm, dating back to the 12th century as a Monastic Grange, is a working farm of approximately 280 acres.
It is located in the heart of the beautiful Peak District and raises juvenile dairy cows, accommodating up to 500 during the summer months. The farm boasts its own private gateway to the Tissington Trail, offering traffic free access to miles of beautiful countryside for walkers, cyclists, and horse riders.
At Cotesfield you will find a resident Cockerel and his beautiful ladies Lily, Pippi and Chickadee. We also have Rosie, a lovely grey broodmare, two dogs, Finn and Jessie, Tiggi the friendly mouser, our rescued bunnies including Mr Boombastic our giant rabbit, Woody the woodpecker and one of the most beautiful choruses of birdsong heard in the Peak District.
Nestled in the rolling hills away from busy traffic, it is a good 10 minute walk up the farm track to the nearest road. Although we are situated in a very rural environment Cotesfield Farm is positioned within easy reach of numerous local attractions.
